I bought a light from Sofirn i’m kind of confused by the charging. It takes forever to get to full, and sometimes it seems like it’s not even charging unless I unplug it and plug it back in. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s just the light, but it’s been annoying. Definitely not what I expected, and I’m disappointed

I ordered from Sofirnlight last week, and I figured it would take a bit longer to get here. The tracking started updating after a day or two, and before I knew it the package showed up in good shape. From the time I placed the order to delivery, everything went smoothly. Happy with how fast it arrived and didn’t run into any issues...

the battery is solid, lasts longer than I thought it would. charging is fine too I just wish it was a little faster

The light itself works fine and I haven’t had any issues with brightness or using it day to day. It did okay in some light rain, but after a wetter hike I noticed a bit of moisture around the cap. It’s still usable, but I don’t totally trust it in really wet conditions, if that makes sense.

I was actually surprised by how bright this little light is for the size. The battery seems decent too, at least so far. I do kind of wish the beam was a little smoother, but overall I’m happy with it. Seems like a good pick, doesn’t it?

I opened my order and realized they sent the wrong stuff. Not really sure what happened, but it definitely wasn’t what I picked..

Light is bright. Works fine. But on high, it gets hot quick. Not a dealbreaker. Just wish it handled heat better.

I picked up a Sofirn light recently, and after using it the last few nights, I’m liking it more and more. The mode selection is solid, the low mode is actually usable instead of being too dim, and turbo is seriously bright. It did take me a few tries to get the click patterns into muscle memory, but lately I haven’t had to think about it much. Based on my most recent use, it’s been working great.

It feels solid in my hands, which I really appreciate, but I was disappointed by how easily it scratches. I expected it to hold up a little better, so that part is kind of a letdown.

They did end up fixing the issue, but it took a little while to hear back each time. I’d say the replies were slower than I expected, but the warranty help came through in the end.

For the price, I think it’s a decent buy. It does the job and I don’t feel like I wasted my money, but at the same time the build feels a little cheaper than I expected. I like it, but I’m also not totally convinced it’ll hold up long term.

I got my order from sofirnlight the packing was really solid. The box wasn’t damaged at all, and everything inside was wrapped carefully, so that part definitely made me feel good. I did have a few mixed feelings overall, but as far as the delivery and packaging go, it arrived safely and neatly

I was frustrated with the customer service. I waited days just to get a basic reply, and there wasn’t really any helpful update in the meantime. When they finally did respond, it didn’t solve much, so the whole thing felt like a waste of time

I grabbed this Sofirn light mostly for walking the dog and checking the back field at night, and wow, the beam goes way farther than I expected. My old flashlight looks absolutely tragic next to this thing. I can see the tree line clearly without even blasting it on the highest setting every time, which feels kind of ridiculous in the best way. For the price, I’m really happy with it. Shipping was smooth too, nothing dramatic there

My order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it, but it just sat there with no real updates, which was frustrating. The lights themselves are okay, but the shipping was annoying. Really annoying. I don’t mind waiting a little, but not knowing where the package is and then having it arrive late made the whole thing a hassle.

The light is definitely bright enough, so I’ll give it that, but the beam pattern on mine is messy. There’s this weird ring around the hotspot, and the spill looks uneven whether I’m shining it on a wall or using it outside at night. I kept trying to be patient with it and tell myself I’d get used to it, but being forced to ignore something that obvious gets old fast. The build feels fine, but I bought it to actually use in the dark, and the beam just keeps distracting me. It’s not a terrible light, just more disappointing than I expected.

I tried buying something on sofirnlight.com, but the whole site was kind of a mess. It felt slow, the menus weren’t really clear, and I had to poke around way too much just to find basic stuff like shipping details or product specs. The product pages were dragging too, which got old fast. On my phone it was even worse, tiny buttons, pages shifting around, just annoying. I ended up giving up before placing an order. They really need to clean up the layout and make the site easier to use.

I ordered a flashlight from sofirnlight.com and the whole checkout was easy. Got the confirmation email quick too, and everything was clear enough. Didn’t run into any issues with the site, so I’d definetly order from them again.

The light itself has worked fine for me, but when I think back on trying to get a simple replacement part from Sofirnlight, it was frustrating. I only needed one small piece and couldn’t find it listed anywhere. Support eventually replied, but it took a while and didn’t really get me anywhere. From what I remember, the whole thing made me feel like if some tiny part breaks, you might just be out of luck. Not a terrible product, but that part of the experience was definitely disappointing.
